Quote Analysis Report Guide

 

This report is used for quote tracking and displays the following:

 

• Prospective customer demographics
• Closing ratio
• Lockout ratio
• Drop-off ratio
• Total quotes
• Second page contains tabular and quote specific details. (shows/converts what time the quote was done in local time)

 

Tips

• Use the slicers at the top of the screen to choose your reporting criteria.
• Hover over the report visuals to get further information pop up boxes.
• Slice before you export a report, saves on time and # of pages within the report.

 

• Prospects are on the left side(red tabs) and Quotes are on the right (blue tabs).
• Select a tab and you can use a slider to change the Year/s, Months or drill down even further on the numbers.

 

Quote Status by Policy Type

 

This section of the report shows the status of quotes depending on the type of policy.

The above shows the Policy type that is being quoted and the thickness of the chain relates to the size of quote traffic.  In this example, Renters has high # of traffic (thick) and Excess Auto and Rented Home are low #’s (thin).

 

Selecting the radio button next the Policy Type will drill down just those quotes. In the example below, Renters has been selected.

 

 

The below screenshot shows the various stages through the thru funnel.  The # relates to how many drops offs at each stage.  The example we selected for Policy Type was Renters, so the fact the Driver Info stage (first stage) shows 0, would be normal (Auto vs Renters). 

 

Again, in the above example, the Exit at/before ‘About You’ quote count, we can see that the number that dropped off was 1K.

 

 

Count Visuals

 

• The above shows the various visuals in this report and they show different results within Quote Analysis. 
• You can hover over parts of these individual visuals to gather drilled down information from the reports.
