This bulletin contains information regarding our next upcoming release. It includes useful information about changes that may affect your day to day processes. If you have any third-party partnerships, don’t forget to let them know of any changes that may affect them also!

What’s New and Improved?

Updates to bond module

• New Look and Feel to Activities tab!
  • Advanced Filter search 
  • Filter components (category, policy type, due date, set as default)

• When viewing Transaction Summary, all fees now displayed under 'Fees' column. Information icon added to provide additional information.  
  
  
• Filter by 'policy number' added to expanded Transaction Summary view.
   
• 'Cancel Immediately' option on a cancellation changed to 'Release of Interest'. Confirmation pop up verbiage also amended to match.
  
   
• New look and feel to policy claims overview tab in customer profile
   
• New verbiage on renewal activities. 'Please review the payment schedule associated with the renewal'
  

 

Updates to admin module

• Employee Setup
  • Previously when adding a duplicate employee email an error pop up occurred. Upon pressing submit, the below warning message now appears. 
    
    
     
• Nude Setup
  • If no roles are setup, roles tab will not show in bond customer profile as well as on checkout page in thru.

 

Updates to black module
(only affects users with no current financing options (valet or self financing)

• Policies limited to annual pay only if no financing option selected in black. 

 

Updates to thru module

• Credit card section will capture card type (i.e Visa) as well as in bond, pocket and application for insurance.

• Additional insureds name and date of birth will now be collected on address screen for home quote (gender & email will still be captured after quote screen)
