How to close a Claim

- From the Customer Screen, Go to Policy Claims and click Actions and Edit.
- Inside of the Edit Claim pop up go to Claim Status and select the correct Closed status:
- Enter the Closed Date
- Click Save at the bottom of that screen to confirm the changes.
- The activity will automatically close once it is picked up by the system.
