As a customer how do I reset my password?

  • Call a broker and the broker can email a password reset link
  • Change password in pocket account
  • At login screen click 'forgot my password'

Is there a way to change the effective date of the policy I just created?
No, the policy will need to cancelled and reissued with the correct date.

Is it possible to change a payment date?  If so, how?
Yes, the broker can change the payment date in the customers profile in bond. The broker cannot move one payment more than twice. 

I am moving and need to change my address
The customer can amend their policy using their pocket account or by a broker in bond. 

I need to cancel my policy 
The customer can cancel their policy using their pocket account or by a broker in bond.
