Nudes office will be closed on BOTH Friday May 20th and Monday May 23rd (Victoria Day).
At Nude Solutions we really work hard to ensure that we are maintaining and building the very best platform that we can, but we also need time to rest, recuperate and power up again so we can keep that focus and achieve our goals! With that in mind, our leaders decided an extra day for this long weekend will be gifted - and we love that!

In our efforts to improve knowledge and support your experience with using the platform, we make frequent updates to the articles as well as regularly publishing new articles (New features = YES!). Here is a list of the latest additions, for your reading pleasure:

Bambora/Worldline Question: How can we see what payments we have received within the batch payment received in our bank account? Go to your Bambora/Worldline portal and log in. On the left hand side menu, select Processing and Batch processing. Here there will be a list of batch payments and if you click on each of the file names, the sheet will open with the payments that were included!
How is it that someone on my team can change payment methods in the platform and I cannot? This will be permission related. Each user in the platform has their permissions assigned by their Digital Champion within their company. Speak to that person in your team if you want to query the access you have or permissions.
Where can I see our renewal list? The insights module will have this report (as long as you have permission to view Reports in insights (speak to your Digital Champion!), this is available in the Underwriting section, called Renewal Report. More information on renewals is provided here.
Where can I see extra information about the Hubspot API that we have? If you have the Marketing feature for Hubspot - here is the article: Marketing Integration API Overview If you have the Sales feature for Hubspot - here is that article: Hubspot Deal Integration
