Nude Solutions Update Release

Anticipated release  - multiple dates (see each item for details)

 

 This bulletin contains information regarding our next upcoming release. It includes useful information about changes that may affect your day to day processes. If you have any third-party partnerships, don’t forget to let them know of any changes that may affect them also!

 

Where there is a release that affects an article that is in the Support Centre, a note of the article that has been updated or added will be noted, for your convenience. 

 

What’s New and Improved?

 

Updates to bond

 

  • Change Payment Frequency (anticipated for release TONIGHT)
    • New functionality:  if changing from Monthly to Yearly pay, once the change is processed then the payment frequency will be locked until the next policy term.
    • New verbiage is added to confirm/warn that the change will be locked, prior to Submit.  (Once submitted, frequency CANNOT be changed until the renewal/next policy term).
    • Payments screen will reflect the changes (Valet Finance users only).
    • Customers in pocket will have the same restrictions and verbiage.

Updates to insights

 

  • Add Partner Code to Renewal report  (anticipated for release week ending Friday 15th April)
    • New column added: The partner code used on the policy now shown in the Renewal report. This allows you to view policies, due for renewal, where a partner code was used.

  • Accounts Receivables report (Released)
    • New and amended pages to the report, including Detailed vs Summary pages and a 'Drill through' feature.

Nude Tips and Tricks 

 

Here are some tips and tricks or FAQs we have gathered, based on questions or support tickets we have received at Nude! 

 

Why am I getting an error on purchase?

 

We are currently aware of a bug that is allowing a duplicate profile to be set up for a customer, using the same email address.  This duplication of the email ultimately causes an error on purchase. (This happens when a client changes their personal information during the quoting process, there is currently a bug in our system that causes a new duplicate profile to be made). 

As a work around to this we suggest searching the platform, using the email, then changing the email on the 'other' profile to one that is not valid (not valid meaning the profile that you dont want to use for the customer eg, its has no policies or quotes attached to it) , to enable the purchase. We are currently working on a fix for this. 

 

Why does the status of a payment, in bond, show as Pending?

 

 

 

The status of Pending displays when there is a bank account payment and a reply has not been received from the bank/financial institution as to if the payment is cleared. The Pending state will change to Paid or Declined once a response has been provided which can take up to 7 working days. (This is a response time from the bank/financial institute and not a Nude limitation).

 

What should I send to Support if I get a price discrepancy between one day and the next?

 

What would assist the Support team would be to go into the quote, go to the Check out and Pay screen and select View the Application. From here, Export the application and and send it attached to the support ticket. Providing the application will provide the details input on the quote and allow the team to quickly establish if there are any differences in the coverage/risk are the reason for the price difference or if it needs to be investigated further!

 

Not all users will have the admin permission to use View, in which case you may have to ask for someone else in your team to do this for you.
