Nude Solutions Updated Release

Anticipated release  –  Evening of December 7th , 2021

This bulletin contains information regarding our next upcoming release. It includes useful information about changes that may affect your day to day processes. If you have any third-party partnerships, don’t forget to let them know of any changes that may affect them also!

 

We felt it important to identify key stakeholders in our enhancement bulletins and so have created a standardized list of departments to help you identify where these changes may impact your day to day.

What’s New and Improved?

 

Updates to bond

 

  • New functionality - Reinstate following registered letter (yey!)

You are now able to perform a Policy Change, when a policy HAD a registered letter sent but is now reinstated.

Previous functionality blocked any Policy Change until after the date that the policy was due to cancel.

  • Already live : New functionality - Ability to change renewal before renewal effective date (double yey!)

There is now the ability to process changes on a renewed policy before the renewal date (provided change is effective on the renewal or later),

So that customer does not have to wait until renewal date to make changes.

  • New functionality - Change All Dates feature

When you use the "Change All Dates" function on the payment schedule in Bond, a trio calendar view is presented which starts on the past payment month + upcoming payment month + the next month. This provides clarity on the changing of dates.

  • New functionality - Close bond activity that is created when accepting PFA on behalf of client (View)

 If you have a permission allowing you to accept a premium finance agreement on a customers behalf, when you navigate to switching a policy to monthly payments using the VIEW method, the activity that is automatically created will close. No manual action is required.

  • New functionality - View and Accept AFI in thru

When selecting View at the Check out and Pay screen, additional popups now provided when View is selected (accepting AFI on behalf of customer).

  • New functionality - Export button added in thru

When selecting View at the Check out and Pay screen, Export Quote button provided when View is selected (accepting AFI on behalf of customer).

Updates to periscope/thru and bond

 

  • Periscope lockout activities - updated verbiage

When a lockout occurs and the activity appears in bond, there is now a detailed description of the lockout, (and who created the lockout), to assist in explaining to your customers.

Updates to black

 

  • Accounts Payable Reconciliation - $0 Policy change transactions auto matched.

When a policy change transaction is $0, this will now be auto matched, to assist with the Reconcile All Matched process.

  • Accounts Payable Reconciliation - SGI waive premiums 

When an SGI policy (HAB/Excess Auto) and they have waived a premium  (should mainly show up for Policy Change) then the waived premium is received and amended in the platform automatically. 

 

Updates to podium/thru

 

  • Removal of the word discount when a code is set up, via podium.

Wherever there is reference to a discount or discount code in all modules (that have been set up in podium) there has been a change in verbiage to just 'code'.

This allows the code to be set up without the suggestion that the customer is getting a discount. 

 

  • Changes to the dropdown menu on 'How did you hear about us? question.

in thru, for this question these are the changes:

 

  • Removal of Rent Faster.
  • Additional options on the dropdown menu of Property Manager and Agent Broker.

 

 

Updates to insights

 

  • Production Report 
    • Cancellation reason slicer and column.

    • New Slicer - Display policies that were in force as at a chosen date. 
    • New Slicer - Property Risk Province and City added.

  • Activity Tracker Report
    • Quote Activity AND Policy Activities page : Additional trailing days added (now showing the trailing 60, 90, 180, 365 view).
    • Quote Activity AND Policy Activities page : Hierarchy on the visuals changed (now User, Alert Attention Priority and Status)
    • New Slicers : Activity Details page - Activity Due date slicer added AND Activity Assigned User slicer added.

Updates to Manual Products (only available to those brokerages with Manual Product)

 

  • Amend Policy feature
    • Amend Policy admin permission added.
    • Amend Policy functionality changed.
      • No Policy Fee field here - now use Edit Transactions for that process.

  • Integrated insurer bug

We were experiencing issues when trying to set up Manual Products for those insurers that also have integrated policies (like SGI, Wawanesa etc).  This is now resolved and you can arrange manual products for those insurers in the platform.

 

 

 

Updates to Valet Finance (only available if Valet Finance is integrated in your platform)

 

 

  • Account Receivables Reconciliation - Added Features
    • Review action button added to Complete and Deposits tab:  Allows the user to review the reconciliation without moving to In Progress.
    • Filter and Clear Filters added to all tabs within the A/R reconciliation.
    • Export functionality added to the Edit window, within the In Progress tab.
    • Statement Management added : allowing you to view and manage statements added.

  • Max Declined payments - New Feature
    • Field enabled so you can set for the automation of a Registered Letter if the payment is declined a number of times.  
    • Example - if the field is completed and you select 2, the registered letter process will start after 2 missed payments.
