This bulletin contains information regarding our next upcoming release. It includes useful information about changes that may affect your day to day processes. If you have any third-party partnerships, don’t forget to let them know of any changes that may affect them also!

We felt it important to identify key stakeholders in our enhancement bulletins and so have created a standardized list of departments to help you identify where these changes may impact your day to day.

Updates to bond

Payment retry process updated - See article - 'Payment Declined - Retry Process'.
- If Scheduled payment fails, 1st retry shows as declined, if that fails the 2nd 'retry' will not be automated, but the status changes to Hold and broker action required.
- Activities will be created showing HOLD if 1st retry payment fails.

Updates to insights

Partner Policies with Referral Fees Report updated: See article - 'Partner Policies with Referral Fees'.
- Report revamped with new visuals and data.
Production Report updated: See article - 'Production Report Guide'.
- Toggle added (to both pages of the report) to enable user to include or exclude Flat Cancellations.
Data Dictionary modifications: See article - 'Data Dictionary v4'.
- Modified definition for Partner Contact = Now called Primary Partner Contact.
- 9 additional definitions included.
- 4 Report Names have been updated. (Where the phrase 'Broker Assisted' used, this is changed to 'Broker Created'). Shown here:

Updates to black

Accounting: Financing Settings (where permissions are granted in admin) - See article - 'Editing Internal Finance settings in black'.
- You can now edit edit all the fields, as when adding as new. Once that financing setting is associated with a policy loan, it will no longer be editable.
- Once associated with a policy loan, all you can do is date off the finance setting, no other fields can be edited. Then create a new one.
- If setting an end date when you navigate to a monthly Valet finance setting and it is the only remaining financing settings on a particular policy type, you receive a pop-up warning.
